Following the talk we head out for a run or walk, with each person given a thought-provoking question to ask one another whilst on the move.

We start with an engaging workshop or talk on a specific topic chosen by you or voted for by your people (see topics page for these). Afterward, your team heads outdoors for a mindful 2-3km walk or an energizing 5km run, each equipped with a thought-provoking question linked to the session. These prompts spark reflection and meaningful conversations, deepening the connection between your people and the content.
