ABOUT RUN YOUR MIND

At Run Your Mind, we connect mental and physical well-being through a blend of mindset focused talks, programs and mindful runs and walks.

Our sessions and ongoing support develop resilience, reduce stress for individuals and foster healthy cultures for companies.

As a social enterprise, we reinvest the majority of our profits into mental well-being programs for schools, charities, and local communities.

Together, we can prioritise, not stigmatise, our mental fitness.

THE PROBLEMS WE SOLVE

Cost of Poor Mental Health

Poor mental health costs UK employers up to £56 billion annually in absenteeism, presenteeism, and turnover (Deloitte, 2022).

Suffering in Silence

64% of people in the UK feel the need to hide their mental health struggles, which prevents early intervention and leads to worsening issues

(Mental Health Foundation, 2023).

Increased Stress Levels

Stress-related illness accounts for 57% of all lost working days in the UK, and untreated anxiety disorders can lead to more severe long-term mental health issues (HSE, 2022).

WHAT WE OFFER

Our workshops, talks and programs are designed to help your teams gain a deeper understanding of how to take care of their mental well-being and ultimately lead to a more resilient and healthy mindset.

THE BENEFITS OF CONVERSATIONS
ON THE MOVE

When we walk or run together, something powerful happens. Physical movement, combined with side-by-side interaction, has a series of benefits.

01

Reduces Social Pressure

Walking or running side-by-side reduces anxiety, making conversations feel less intimidating and more comfortable.

02

Reduces Overthinking

Physical movement induces a flow state, helping people feel more relaxed and present.

03

Boosts Mood & Connection

Exercise releases endorphins and oxytocin, which elevate mood and foster trust, making it easier to communicate.

04

Calms the Nervous System

The repetitive movement of walking or running helps calm the nervous system, reducing stress.

05

Enhances Creativity

Movement stimulates the brain, boosting creativity, clearer thinking and increased knowledge retention.

THE FEEDBACK

Really engaging and valuable that tackled topics we all experience but rarely discuss, especially in a fast-paced corporate environment. It was refreshing to see how the strategies could apply to both work and life outside of it.

Here's the full details:

  • Meet at 7.25am at Chill House Coffee (W1J 7JE)

  • Bag drop available

  • 2 x Pace Groups: 6 min or 6.30-6.45 min per km

Let's run through it!
